As a spectator service volunteer, you play a starring role in ensuring our guests have an extraordinary experience. Your mission? To welcome, guide, and assist visitors on-site and create a warm and inviting atmosphere. Your enthusiasm and positive vibes will be key to making every spectator's day exceptional.
Help create content for our social media channels, website and other platforms Participate in promotional activities.
Assist with the construction and dismantling of temporary buildings and facilities and help with warehouse and delivery logistics, incoming and outgoing goods as well as loading and unloading.

Controlling seating on Grandstand where the best tennis is played. The perfect job if you like to watch tennis while you work. Must be able to handle crowds and have a friendly personality.
The Court Cover Team is responsible for pulling a cover over the courts and covering the players' benches etc. during rain breaks.

You would assist our media staff with many press center operations and maintaining a professional work environment for our many local and international media members.
Besides excellent and thrilling Tennis, the event will provide a diverse and participation orientated program involving various culture and non-sport events. Federations and commercial and non-profit partners will present themselves and offer active stations for all visitors to try out at the venue. Once you have been selected as a volunteer, we will provide you with an exemption application to submit to your employer. We recommend that you talk to your employer early on. Please note that the right to special leave is regulated differently in each federal state.
You must be available for at least 5 days (equivalent to 5 shifts) during the event period. Of course, you can also support us in the preparation and follow-up phase. Every support is welcome.
A shift lasts an average of 6 to 8 hours, with a break included. The length can vary depending on your area of application or task.
In order to prepare you for the Bitpanda Hamburg Open ATP 500, we will offer a mandatory training course. Before the event, each of you must complete the following training: Role-specific training – information about the specific tasks you will perform in your area and a tour of the Rothenbaum Stadium site.
